Tic Tac Toe, an all-time classic game. Simple and easy, anyone can play.
Summer time is winding down and my kids are getting a little restless. They are excited for school to start but also don’t want to give up the lazy days of summer vacation. The other day my daughter and I put down our cell phones and I asked her if she wanted to play tic tac toe. To my surprise, she said yes. Of course, we played the old fashioned way. I thought it would be fun to create a tic tac toe game we could use over and over again.
You will only need a few things to create this project. It’s about 15 minutes from start to finish, plus dry time.
1.5-inch Paper Punch
- I found these great emoji images online and printed them out.
- Using a paper punch, punch out your emojis. We used a 1.5-inch paper punch.
- Adhere the glue to the wooden birch circles, add your emojis. And let dry.
- Mark up the wooden canvas into equal parts. Draw lines with a permanent marker.
- Play tic tac toe!
Thanks for stopping by and don’t forget to check out the Walnut Hollow Instagram for more inspiration and ideas! And also visit Walnut Hollow for all of your wood surfaces, tools, and accessories. I can’t wait to share my project next month! See you then.
